Heritage Institute Of Hotel & Tourism

The Heritage Institute Of Hotel & Tourism is run by Mukesh Singh and is located in the lower ground floor of a building in Vaishali Sector 4. It is a practical kind of place. We spend our time teaching people how to actually work in hotels, which isn't always as glamorous as it sounds. There is a lot of cleaning, prep work, and learning how to talk to guests properly. Our classrooms are set up to look like real hotel environments so students get used to the feel of it. We have a lot of young people coming in from around Ghaziabad and even further out, all hoping to get into the travel industry. It gets a bit crowded during the afternoon sessions when everyone is trying to practice their skills at once. We share the space near Dr. Arvind Pandey's place, so it is a bit of a specific address to find if you aren't from around here. We don't do big fancy advertisements; most people find us because they know someone who studied here. The instructors have worked in real kitchens and front desks, so they tell stories about what it is actually like when things go wrong in a busy hotel. It is not just about books; it is about being ready for the long shifts. We just try to make sure everyone who leaves here knows what they are doing before they start their first real job.
