Vp Shivalay Resorts is based in Ghaziabad, specifically at Durga Tower in RDC, Raj Nagar. We have shop number 118 on the ground floor of plot number A-13. The RDC area is very busy with lots of shops and offices, so there’s always people walking around Durga Tower. We’ve been here for a while now, running our business from this small ground-floor space. It’s easy to find because everyone knows Raj Nagar and the RDC hub. We don't have a big fancy entrance, just our shop where we handle all the resort bookings and paperwork. It’s a practical location for us because it’s right in the middle of everything in Ghaziabad. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure the resort side of the business stays organized. The 201002 area is a good place to be. We spend our days answering the phone and talking to people who walk in off the street. We don't use a lot of marketing talk or try to sell people on things they don't need. If someone wants to know about our resorts, we just tell them what we have available. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes the market outside gets really noisy, but that’s just the way it is in Raj Nagar. We keep our door open and keep working through the day, making sure all the bookings are recorded correctly in our ledgers and checking that the files are in order.
