Vikash Departmental Store

Vikash Departmental Store is over in Sahibabad, at Plot No 42, Shop No 6. We are in the Ghaziabad area, very close to I.T.S College. Having a college nearby means we get a lot of younger people coming in for snacks, notebooks, and mobile recharges. It keeps the atmosphere around the shop quite energetic. The store itself is a decent size for the area, and we try to carry a bit of everything, which is why we call it a departmental store. We have aisles that we try to keep organized, though it’s a constant battle with all the stock coming in. Sahibabad is a busy place, and there’s always something happening on the street outside. We open up early and don't really close until late at night. Sometimes I sit on a stool by the door just to catch a bit of a breeze and watch the cars go by. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people who live in the surrounding buildings. It’s not just about selling things; it’s about being a part of the daily routine for the locals. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the floors to talking with the distributors about prices. It is a lot of responsibility, but we prefer working for ourselves. The shop is just a plain, functional place where you can get your daily shopping done without any hassle.
