Our office is on the first floor of House Number 143 in Gyan Khand 3, Indirapuram. It is a fairly easy place to find once you get into the right lane. We have been here for a bit, focusing on skills training for people in the area. The first floor is nice because it is away from the dust of the street but still easy for people to walk up to. We have a few computers set up and some tables where people can sit and practice. The lighting isn't the best, but we have added some extra lamps to help out. Most of the day is spent showing people how to use different programs or talking about job skills. It is a very straightforward environment. We don't use any big words or corporate talk. We just sit down with whoever comes in and help them out. The area around Gyan Khand 3 is pretty residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the morning hours. In the evening, it gets busier when people come back from their jobs. We usually keep the windows shut to keep the AC in, but you can still hear the street vendors calling out. We are just a small team of real people who like doing this kind of work. There is no big mystery to it; we just open the doors and help people learn things.
