Ujjwal Jyoti Public School

Ujjwal Jyoti Public School is right in the middle of Khora Colony in Noida. If you know the area, you know it is always busy and full of life. Our school is a big part of the neighborhood. We have a lot of students coming from the nearby houses every single day. The building has several floors and we have tried to make the most of the space. It can get a bit loud during recess, but that is to be expected with so many kids in one place. We focus on the regular subjects like math and science. The teachers are local people who understand the community here. We have a small office near the entrance where parents come to talk to us about their children's progress. The desks are a bit worn out, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We are not a fancy private institution with a swimming pool or anything like that. We are just a school for the families living in Khora. We keep things simple and honest. The main goal is to make sure the kids are in class and learning something useful. Noida is growing fast, but Khora feels like its own little world. We are happy to be here and helping out where we can. It’s a lot of responsibility but we enjoy the daily routine of the school.
