Biology Science Stream Zone

Biology Science Stream Zone is situated in Vaishali. It’s a place we’ve grown quite used to over the years. We don’t have a massive headquarters or anything like that. It is just a regular spot where we can get our work done. Vaishali is a busy enough area that there is always something going on outside. No big corporate brochures or fancy mission statements are kept here. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. The rooms we use are simple. We have some tables and the usual things we need for our daily tasks. It’s a bit lived-in, which we like. It doesn't feel like a cold, empty office. Using big words to describe ourselves isn't our style. We are just people who work in the science stream. People in the area know where we are. We don’t do much advertising because we don’t feel the need for it. The commute to Vaishali is part of our routine. Often we talk about the local news while we have our morning coffee. It’s a very grounded way to work. A human resources department doesn't exist to tell us how to act. We just treat each other like regular people. The days can be long sometimes, but that is just part of the job. Our little zone is where we feel most at home. It works for us and we keep things moving. There is always a lot to do with the stream zone.
