Trilok Telecom World

The shop is at Shop No. 8 inside the Narain Singh Complex. If you know Modinagar, you know Kasba Road is always packed with people and traffic. We have been at Trilok Telecom World for a while now. Most days it is just us handling phones, fixing screens, or helping someone figure out why their SIM card is not working. It gets pretty crowded in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work or school. We have all sorts of people coming in. Some want the latest phone and others just need a cheap charger because they lost theirs again. It is a small space, so things can get a bit messy with boxes and cables everywhere. We do not spend much on decorations. The shelves are full of mobile covers and tempered glass. Sometimes the tea guy from next door comes by and we take a break. Modinagar has its own pace, and we just follow it. It is not a corporate office where everything is perfect. We talk to our customers like they are neighbors because most of them actually are. If a repair takes longer than expected, we just tell them honestly. No point in making up stories. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it is here. We like being part of the local market and seeing familiar faces every day. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter.
