We run our operations out of a duplex at Plot No. B-66 in the HIG area of Sanjay Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling spot but we are very close to Navyug Market and Raj Nagar. Working in a duplex is a bit different because it feels more like a house than a stiff office building. We have cables running up the stairs and computers set up in what used to be living areas. Most of the work involves digital technology and fixing technical issues for people around the market area. We have a lot of old hardware stored in the corners and extra keyboards tucked under the desks. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the towers and monitors everywhere. We usually have tea together in the small kitchen area when things aren't too busy. Sometimes customers come by the duplex to drop off their machines, and they have to navigate around the various projects we have spread out on the tables. The lighting isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see what we are doing with the small parts. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is nice compared to the noise of Navyug Market just a short distance away. We’ve been set up here for a while and it suits the way we work. It’s just a group of us trying to keep everything running and helping out whoever walks through the door.
