The Oterra

Our base is in Govind Puram, Ghaziabad. We are located at I-453. It’s a regular neighborhood and we are just a part of the local community here. We handle the hospitality side of things under the name The Oterra. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is running smoothly for the people staying with us. This involves a lot of checking on the kitchen, the rooms, and the front desk. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes things go wrong, but we are right there to fix it. We aren't some big corporate machine; we are just a group of people working in Ghaziabad. The office is usually a hive of activity with people coming in and out. We deal with a lot of local guests and some who come from further away for work. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We just focus on the daily tasks like keeping the place clean and making sure the food is fresh. Being in Uttar Pradesh, we get a mix of different people every day. We like the pace of work here even though it can get pretty tiring by the end of the shift. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. It’s just how we live and work in this part of town, dealing with whatever the day brings to our door.
