The Initial School

If you go to G-272 in Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad, you will find The Initial School. It is a pretty simple building in a residential block. We have been operating here for some time now. Most of the families around here know where we are. It is not a huge campus with grass and tracks; it is more of a neighborhood school. The classrooms are basic and we try to keep things organized, even if it gets a bit messy when the kids are active. We deal with a lot of local paperwork and daily school stuff. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so pick-up and drop-off times are always a bit of a scramble. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. The teachers are just people who enjoy working with children and live around the area. Every morning starts with the same routine of getting everyone inside and settled. We have the usual desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. It is a very local vibe here in Vijay Nagar. Some of the windows look out onto the other houses in the lane. We just go about our business and try to make sure the kids learn something. It is a plain, honest school where we do the work and then go home. No fancy bells or whistles, just a place for education right in the community where we live.
