Akshar Gyan Play School

We've been here in Vasundhara for a bit now at 13/1032. It’s a busy spot in Ghaziabad but inside it's just the usual noise of kids. We started Akshar Gyan Play School because there was a need for a place close by where parents could drop their little ones without a long commute. Most mornings start with some crying at the door but usually, by ten, everyone is playing or drawing. We have a few rooms for different groups. It’s not a huge building or anything like that. Just a simple setup. My staff and I spend most of our time keeping things organized and making sure everyone has had their snacks. Vasundhara is a nice neighborhood and we know most of the families around here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud but the kids don't seem to mind much. We just focus on the basics like learning the alphabet and getting along with others. It's hard work keeping up with three-year-olds all day but it keeps us busy. We try to keep things tidy but with kids, there is always a stray toy or a crayon on the floor. It feels more like a big home than a formal office. We just do what we can to keep the day moving along smoothly for everyone involved. I remember when we first painted the walls, we tried to pick bright colors but they’ve faded a bit over the years. That doesn't seem to matter much to the kids who are more interested in the blocks anyway. Sometimes parents stay back for a bit to chat about their day. We have a small area near the entrance where people can leave their shoes. It’s usually a bit of a pile by mid-morning. We don't have a fancy website.
