Kidzee

Our place is on the first floor of building A-29 in Ramprastha, Ghaziabad. It’s a neighborhood where a lot of families live, so it makes sense for us to be here. We run a small center for kids. It’s filled with bright colors, some toys, and little chairs. It’s usually pretty loud during the day because, well, children are loud. We have some charts on the walls showing alphabets and numbers. It’s not a massive school, just a local spot where parents drop off their little ones. We spend the morning doing activities and the afternoon getting things ready for the next day. The floor sometimes has crayon marks on it that we have to scrub off. It’s a bit messy but that’s how it goes with kids around. We have a small staff of teachers who live nearby. We aren't trying to be the fanciest academy in the world. We just provide a place for children to spend their time. Ramprastha is a nice, quiet part of Ghaziabad, so it feels safe. We have a small gate at the top of the stairs to make sure no one wanders off. It’s a lot of work looking after kids, but it’s what we do. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want the kids to have a decent time while they are with us. Most of the parents are our neighbors, so it feels like a big community effort.
