Swami Chetnas Sure Relief Physiotherapy Clinic

This clinic is located at C-3 in the Shalimar Housing Complex, which is inside Chabra Colony in Sahibabad. It is a quiet enough spot once you get inside the housing complex area. We focus on physiotherapy, so the rooms are filled with things like treatment tables, exercise balls, and some machines for heat or electrical stuff. It is a simple setup meant for people who are dealing with back pain, stiff necks, or maybe recovering from an old injury. We spend a lot of time showing people how to move their arms or legs the right way so they don't hurt as much. The walls are a plain color and the lighting is just standard overhead stuff. It feels more like a home than a sterile office because of where it is located in the colony. We see people from the surrounding apartments coming in after work or early in the morning. Sometimes the fans overhead are the only sound in the room while someone is doing their stretches. We don't make big promises; we just work on the exercises and the physical therapy routines day by day. It takes time for bodies to heal, and we are just here to help that process along in a practical way.
