Our clinic and rehab center is located in Vaishali Sector 2, specifically at shop 149 in the II D block. A good way to find us is to look for the Mother Dairy nearby. It is a landmark everyone in the sector knows. We have been operating out of this shop for a while. It’s a place where you hear a lot of clicking sounds from the machines and people counting out their exercise reps. The floor is covered in those thick mats for safety. It’s not a very quiet place because we are always encouraging someone to move or stretch. We have different corners set up with various bits of equipment like weights and pulleys. The air usually smells a bit like pain relief cream and cleaning spray. Most of the people who come here live in the surrounding flats in Vaishali. We have a desk near the front where we keep the appointment book, which is usually full of scribbles and crossed-out names. The lighting is bright and we keep the windows covered so people have a bit of privacy while they are working on their recovery. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going pretty high. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just a few of us here helping people get back on their feet. We see a lot of the same faces every week, and it feels like a regular part of the neighborhood routine.
