We are located at A-84 near the Mannat Farm House in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. The clinic is mostly dedicated to physiotherapy and helping people deal with different kinds of physical pain. We have various mats, exercise balls, and some machines spread out across the room. It’s not like a regular doctor’s office because people are usually moving around, stretching, or trying out the equipment. The atmosphere is generally focused, with a lot of counting reps and explaining how to move a certain way. Sometimes the place smells like those heat rubs or ointments people use for sore muscles. We have some large windows that let in a bit of light, but the view is just the street outside where cars pass by the farm house. The reception area is just a small corner with a computer and a phone that rings fairly often. We spend most of our time on the floor or by the treatment tables rather than sitting at a desk. The residents of Surya Nagar come here for all sorts of things, like back pain or recovering after an injury. We don't have any flashy posters or corporate branding. It’s just a functional space where we work on getting people moving better again. Our schedules are usually full, so there’s a constant stream of people coming in for their sessions throughout the week.
