Swagyan Foundation

You can find Swagyan Foundation at 395, Nitikhand-1. We are in Indirapuram, which is a busy part of Ghaziabad. Our office is right in the middle of everything in Uttar Pradesh, zip code 201014. It is a lively neighborhood with people always moving around. We have a fairly modest setup here. It is not one of those tall glass buildings you see in the city. Instead, it is a more traditional space. We have been working out of this spot for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Some mornings it is quite loud outside, but that’s just Indirapuram for you. Inside, we just have our desks and some old filing cabinets. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. It’s more about just showing up and doing the work that needs to be done. We share a lot of meals together and talk about things other than work sometimes. The 395 building is pretty easy to find if you are familiar with Nitikhand-1. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy decor or expensive art. It is just a practical place for practical people. We deal with the local traffic and the daily grind just like everyone else in Ghaziabad. It is a real place with real people working hard.
