We have desks set up in one corner for the paperwork and the rest of the space is for the fabric. Ghaziabad can be a very busy and noisy city, and Kavi Nagar is no exception. We often have to shout over the sound of the traffic and the machines to hear each other. We spend our days weighing fabric, checking the polycot blends, and getting things ready for transport. The walls have a few cracks and the ceiling fans squeak a bit, but everything works well enough. We don't worry much about having a polished look. We are more concerned with making sure the inventory is right and the orders are sent to the right places. It is just a few of us doing the daily grind in 201002.
