Filtech Textiles

We've been at 171 G. T. Road for a while now. It's a busy spot near Hapur More, right across from Saraswati Udyog. People usually find us easily because of the landmark. This is a family-run textile place. We handle a lot of different fabrics. Some days it’s hectic with trucks coming in and out from the main road. We just try to keep things moving. My father started this and now we just keep the doors open every morning at the usual time. The shop isn't fancy. It's mostly shelves and rolls of material piled up. We talk to the same customers almost every week. They know what they want and we try to have it ready. G. T. Road is always loud, but you get used to the noise after a few years. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth works well enough in this neighborhood. If you’re coming from the Hapur side, we’re just a bit further down. It’s a practical business. We focus on the orders we have on the table. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit messy when a big shipment arrives, but we sort it out eventually. That's just how it goes here. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just staying steady. The kettle is usually on if things slow down for a minute. It’s a simple life at Filtech Textiles. We keep the ledger books on the desk and deal with whoever walks in.
