Sprout Pre School

Sprout Pre School is tucked away on Main Saveri Riad in the Crossing Republik area of Ghaziabad. If you come by in the morning, you’ll hear the sounds of children playing and the occasional toddler who isn’t quite ready to say goodbye to their parents at the gate. The building is painted in bright colors because that’s what kids like, but it’s just a normal house-style setup adapted for a school. Inside, there are small chairs and low tables where the little ones sit to do their drawings or eat their snacks. The floors are often covered in blocks or stray crayons by midday. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized and making sure the kids are safe while they run around. Crossing Republik is a fairly busy residential hub, so there are always cars and people moving about outside, but once the door is shut, it’s all about the kids. We don’t try to be anything fancy or high-end; we’re just a local pre-school where the neighborhood children can spend their day. Some of us have worked here for years and have seen siblings come through the same classes. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the noise levels can get high, but that’s just what happens when you have a bunch of four-year-olds in one room. The walls have a few scuff marks from toys being dragged around, but that just shows it's a place where kids spend time. We keep a teapot going for the staff.
