Our office is tucked away in 567C, Regent, over in Shipra Suncity. If you know Indirapuram, you know it is a pretty residential spot with lots of families and small shops. Spd Hotels & Resorts Private Limited operates out of here. It is a decent area in Ghaziabad. We spend most of our time looking at files and trying to stay on top of things. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up, but we manage. Uttar Pradesh has its own pace, and Indirapuram is definitely part of that. We handle various bits of hotel and resort work from this desk. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do. The name on the door says Spd Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, but inside it is just us. We have been at this address for a while. We aren't some massive corporation with shiny glass walls. It is more of a practical space. We chose Shipra Suncity because it is convenient for us to get to. Ghaziabad is growing so fast, it is hard to keep up sometimes. We just focus on the work right in front of us. No fancy slogans here. We just show up at 567C, Regent, and get through the list of tasks for the day. That is how we have always done it and it works for us. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time, which helps us focus. Just people doing their jobs.
