Shri Krishna Departmental Store

We’ve been here in Nyay Khand-3 for a while now. Most days start pretty early because people around Indirapuram need their milk and bread before heading to work. Shri Krishna Departmental Store isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where you can find what you need for the kitchen. I usually spend the first hour checking what ran out yesterday. Sometimes the delivery guys are late, which gets annoying when the morning rush starts. People come in, grab their stuff, and we chat a bit about the weather or how crowded the roads are getting. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers trying to keep things organized on the shelves. The floor gets dusty fast with all the foot traffic, so we sweep a lot. We have pulses, soaps, some snacks, and all the basic stuff. It stays busy until late evening. Sometimes kids from the nearby apartments come in for chocolates after school. I’ve lived around here most of my life, so I know a lot of the faces. It’s not a big corporate setup or anything like that. Just a shop where we try to keep the stock full so nobody has to go back empty-handed. Some days are slow, especially in the afternoon heat when everyone stays inside. Then we just sit under the fan and wait. It’s a simple life, really. We just keep doing what we do every day without overthinking it much. We just want to stay stocked.
