We do our charitable work from here, mostly focusing on things that pop up in the local neighborhood. It gets busy during the day with people coming in to ask questions or drop off things. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us. The power goes out occasionally, and we just open the windows and keep going. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often chat with them during lunch. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use big words or have long meetings. Ghaziabad is a hectic place, but inside our little plot in Shakti Khand, we try to keep things moving in a steady way. We have a small corner where we keep all the donated clothes and books. It gets a bit messy sometimes.
