Shrama General Store

Shrama General Store is based at 135, Bazaria in Ghaziabad. We are right on Railway Road, which stays busy and loud pretty much all day long. This is a very old part of the city and our store has seen many different seasons come and go over the years. Being in the 201001 zip code means we are right in the heart of things. We sell a variety of general goods, from household items to small snacks and daily necessities. The shop is often filled with the sound of traffic and horns from Railway Road just outside. We don't have any polished floors, bright neon signs, or fancy glass displays. It’s just a practical space where we store our goods and meet our neighbors who have been coming here for a long time. Managing a store in the Bazaria area takes a lot of patience because it can get quite crowded and hectic, especially on the weekends. We focus on getting the daily tasks done, like checking the stocks and restocking the front shelves whenever they get empty. Our customers are mostly local residents and people who work in the nearby shops. We’ve never felt the need for big promotions or mission statements to get people in. We just show up every morning, open the heavy metal shutters, and help whoever walks in. It’s a modest way of life and we’ve been doing it this way for a very long time now. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts, but we manage.
