Rungta Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.

Our office, Rungta Buildwell Pvt. Ltd., is over at Ka-232 in Pratap Vihar. We are in the building business, so things are often a bit chaotic. There are usually blueprints rolled up on every available surface and boots by the door that have seen a lot of mud. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors, checking on supplies, and making sure the sites are moving along as they should. Pratap Vihar is a developing area, and we are glad to be a part of the local scene here. We do not have a fancy corporate headquarters with a lobby. Our space is practical and used for getting work done. It is about bricks, cement, and timelines that sometimes shift because of the weather or a late delivery. We do not try to sugarcoat the reality of construction; it is hard, messy, and loud. But it is what we know how to do. Some days we are stuck behind the desk doing the math, and other days we are out on-site getting our shoes dirty. We do not use a lot of industry jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what is happening with their project in plain English. It is a local operation, and we just keep plugging away at it, one day at a time, right here from our base in Pratap Vihar. Every day brings a new set of challenges, and we just face them.
