If you are looking for us, Universal Plywood Traders is right at No. 213, near the Purani Munsafi by Ghanta Ghar. It’s an old area and it stays busy from morning till night. We have stacks of plywood all over the place. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room to move, but we manage. My father and I spend most of our day talking to people who come in needing wood for their homes or shops. We don’t have a website or anything. We just write everything down in big registers. The dust from the wood gets everywhere, so we are always dusting off the desk. Moving the heavy sheets is the hardest part. We have a few guys who help with the loading when a big order comes in. Ghanta Ghar is a landmark everyone knows, so it’s easy to find the turn. We aren't a big corporation. We are just a local shop trying to sell what people need for their construction. Some days are slow and we just sit and have tea. Other days, three trucks show up at once and it’s a bit of a mess. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The building is old but it holds all the stock just fine. We just try to be honest about what we have on the racks and what we don't. It is a simple life and we enjoy being part of this old market.
