S. R. Furnitures

S. R. Furnitures is located over in the South Side Industrial Area at A-3/4/9. We are pretty easy to find since we are right near Goyal Gas. It is a busy industrial part of town, so there is always noise and dust around. We have a big space because furniture takes up a lot of room. Most days we are busy with wood, saws, and polish. It is hard work and our hands are always dirty. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning. It’s a workshop through and through. You can hear the machines running from the street. We’ve been here for years. People come to us when they need something solid. We don't do much talking; we just show what we’ve built. The yard is usually full of timber waiting to be used. Sometimes we run out of space and things spill out onto the pavement. We know the other guys in the industrial area well. It’s a community of workers. We don't have a website or anything like that. If you want to see what we do, you just have to come by A-3/4/9. We’re usually there from morning until late evening. It’s just basic furniture making. No frills. We just make beds, tables, and chairs that last. That is the way we have always done things here. We don't mind the sawdust and the noise. It just means we have work to do every single day.
