Shanu Enterprises

Our shop Shanu Enterprises is located at 24 Modi Nagar right inside the Modi Complex. It’s a handy location since we are so near the bus stand. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. It’s a bit noisy but it keeps us on our toes. We have been operating out of this spot for a good while now. The complex is always full of people coming and going for different errands. We usually open up early to get a head start on the day’s tasks. It’s just a small team of us here. We handle the paperwork and the orders without making too much of a fuss about it. Sometimes the lights flicker when the weather is bad but we just keep going. We know most of the other shop owners in the building by name. It’s that kind of place where you stop for a quick chat in the hallway. We don’t use any complicated systems. Just a notebook and some basic gear to keep things moving along. Being near the bus stand means we get all sorts of people walking by. We just try to do our bit and go home at the end of the day feeling like we did something useful. It’s a practical way to run a business. We stay focused on what’s in front of us and don’t worry about much else. Life is busy in Modi Nagar but it suits us.
