Shangri-La Hotel, New Delhi

Our place is located over in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, specifically at 2C/376. It might seem a bit confusing with the New Delhi name, but this is where we are grounded. The building has been here for a bit, and we have a routine that keeps us going from early morning until late at night. There’s always something to clean or someone to check on. It’s a job that keeps you on your feet, for sure. We see a lot of different faces coming through, some staying for a night and others just passing by. The area around here in UP is pretty active, and the 201012 zip code is where we call home. We don’t really go for anything too flashy. It’s more about making sure the rooms are ready and the lights are working. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, but once you’re inside, things settle down a bit. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local shops and where to get a decent bite to eat. We don’t have any big corporate speeches ready. It’s just us working the shifts and making sure the place stays running. If you need something, you just ask. We try to keep things simple because life is complicated enough as it is. It’s a decent spot to work, and we like the people we meet.
