Shailja Convent School

You will find us tucked away in Gali-3 of Village-Chhalera, right in Sector 44 of Noida. It is an interesting spot because you have the modern parts of Noida just a stone's throw away, but here in Chhalera, it still feels like a local village. The school is located on a narrow street, so it is always a bit of a squeeze when the kids are arriving or leaving in the morning. The building itself is a multi-story house-turned-school, which is very common in this area. We have rooms for different grades, and they are filled with the usual school stuff like desks, chairs, and charts on the walls. It is a bit noisy because the houses and shops are so close together, but that is just part of life in Chhalera. The teachers are mostly women from the surrounding neighborhoods who have a good rapport with the local families. We do not have a big grass field, but there is some space for the kids to play during their break time. It is a very practical place. We focus on the daily lessons and making sure the kids are safe while they are with us. People in Sector 44 know us as a neighborhood school. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. It is just a school in a village street where we do our best to teach the children from the 201303 area every day.
