Shagun Pariwar Foundation

Shagun Pariwar Foundation is located in the Sahibabad Industrial Area of Ghaziabad. We occupy rooms 12/14 and 12/15 on the first floor of Site-IV. Being in an industrial area, it’s not the most scenic place to work. There is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. It’s a dusty part of town, so we are constantly wiping down our desks. The office space is split between two rooms, which can be a bit awkward when we need to talk to each other. We spend our days managing the foundation's activities, which involves a lot of record-keeping. The stairs up to the first floor are narrow and often have boxes stacked in the way. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies. Our walls are a bit stained and the lighting is just basic fluorescent tubes. We deal with real people and real problems every day, so we don't have time for anything flashy. Most of us come from around Ghaziabad, so we are used to the heat and the noise of Site-IV. It’s a hardworking environment. We have a small kettle for tea and a few basic computers. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on getting through our daily list of things to do. If you come by, you’ll likely find us buried under some files or on the phone.
