Saraswati Beverage Private Limited is based out in Gautam Budh Nagar, over in the Noida area of Uttar Pradesh. Being in an industrial zone like 201009 means we’re surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It’s a lot of concrete and trucks moving in and out all day long. Our work revolves around the beverage business, which basically means a lot of monitoring machines and checking the inventory. It gets really hot in the summer months, especially inside the plant, so we all just try to keep things moving as best as we can. We aren't some massive conglomerate with a shiny glass lobby. Our office is a simple room attached to the main production floor. We spend a lot of time on our feet, making sure the bottling goes right and the batches are consistent. There’s always the hum of machinery in the background while we work. We have a crew that’s been with us for a while, and we all just pitch in where it’s needed. Sometimes things break down and we have to scramble to fix them, but that’s just part of the industry. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just want to get the orders out on time. Noida is a fast-growing place, and we’re just one small part of the activity here. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and provides for our families.
