Being in a residential complex like this makes the work feel a bit more grounded. We aren't tucked away in some industrial park. Our team is small, and we spend most of our time at our desks or out meeting people in the Uttar Pradesh area. It can get a bit hectic with the traffic in Indirapuram, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over time. The office is pretty simple, nothing too flashy. We have our computers and a table where we sit down to talk things through. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on. It feels right being here in the middle of everything. We don't really go for the whole corporate vibe because that’s just not who we are. We prefer just getting on with the job and talking to folks like normal people. If you drop by, you might see us drinking tea and staring at spreadsheets. That’s just the daily routine for us here in 201014.
