Our place is at number 31 in Kishan Ganj. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement, especially early in the mornings when deliveries are coming through and the sun is just coming up. We handle food and beverages here, so there’s always something being moved, organized, or loaded onto a truck. The building is a bit older and has that very functional look to it. We don’t have a fancy cafe front or anything like that. It’s mostly a space for storage and getting orders ready to go out to the shops that need them. It gets pretty loud with the trucks and the people shouting outside, but that's just life in Kishan Ganj. We have a small area where we keep our records and do the basic office stuff like answering the phone. It can get a bit cramped when we have a big shipment arriving, but we make it work and keep the aisles clear as best as we can. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, so we all know the routine and don't need to say much to get through the tasks. We don't spend money on shiny signs or big ads. People know we are here because of the work we do every day. There is usually a smell of spices or tea in the air around the block which is nice. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the crates are stacked right so nothing falls.
