Rotana Group Of Hotel

Our office is Flat 308 Ah, inside Amarpali Village in Ghaziabad. It’s a residential complex, so our work happens right where people live. We manage hotel stuff from this flat, which means there’s always a lot of phone calls and emails going back and forth. It’s a bit different than working in a big glass office tower, but it works for us. We have our desks set up in the rooms and we spend most of the day looking at occupancy lists and talking to staff at different locations. Amarpali Village is a pretty big place in Uttar Pradesh, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We don’t have a fancy reception desk here since it’s more for the administrative side of things. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some papers spread out over the table. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of keeping hotels running smoothly. It’s honest work and it gets busy, especially during the holidays when everyone is traveling. Most of the people living around us probably don't even know what we do in here, which is fine by us. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just handle the bookings, the problems, and the planning from our little spot in Ghaziabad. It’s a quiet way to work, and we prefer it that way. If you came by, you’d just see a normal flat with some extra computers.
