Our office is situated at C-26 in the Indraprashth Enclave, right along the 12 Ring Road in Lajpat Nagar-IV. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because while the address says New Delhi-24, we feel very connected to the Ghaziabad city side of things too. It is a very busy area, as anyone who has driven on the Ring Road can tell you. There is always a lot of traffic and the sound of horns in the background. Rich Faith Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd has been operating from this enclave for some time. The building is a standard residential-style conversion which is common in this part of town. It’s not a shiny glass tower, just a regular place where we come to work every day. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with files and boxes of samples. We spend our time talking to doctors and distributors, trying to keep up with the demand. The neighborhood is a mix of homes and small businesses, so there is always a sense of community around us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local pharmaceutical company trying to stay on top of our daily tasks. The parking can be a real headache sometimes, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but we make it work. It’s an honest living, and we’ve grown to like the rhythm of this neighborhood.
