The office in Vasundhara is right in Sector 2. It’s a mix of houses and shops around here. We are in 2B 241, and it’s a pretty standard building for this part of Ghaziabad. We handle the pharma side of things, so there’s always a lot of boxes coming in and out. It’s not a very quiet place because of the delivery trucks and the noise from the main road. The team here is mostly locals who have been with the company for years. We don’t have those fancy coffee machines you see on TV; we just have a kettle and some biscuits. It’s a practical workspace. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture has been around since we moved in. We focus on getting the medicine supplies sorted and making sure the numbers match up. Sometimes the dust from the construction nearby gets inside, so we are always cleaning the desks. It’s a no-nonsense environment. No one really cares about titles or big speeches here. We just want to finish our tasks so we can beat the evening traffic on the way back to Delhi or Noida. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It works for us, and we don’t feel the need to make it look like a high-tech lab or a five-star office. It is what it is.
