Our office is based at No. 703 in Devika Tower, which is situated in the Chander Nagar area. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses, but we’ve made our home here at Vee Excel Drugs And Pharmaceuticals. Working on the seventh floor gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the traffic on the main road. Chander Nagar has its own local feel, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. Our workspace isn't very modern. It has the kind of furniture that has been around for a while and plenty of folders piled up on desks. We spend most of our hours managing the paperwork for medicines and talking to suppliers. It is a steady kind of work. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound more important than we are. We just believe in getting the tasks done before the day ends. The building can be quite lively, with people always moving between floors. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we all just sit and wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just one of those things you deal with. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for making tea, which is where most of our office gossip happens. It’s an honest place to work, and we appreciate the routine of being in Chander Nagar.
