Reforming Yuva Path Foundation

Our office is in Ghaziabad, specifically at 634/Ug-1 in the SMG Garden area. It’s a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you know the building, it’s easy. Ghaziabad is always moving fast, and there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the construction nearby. We focus on the younger generation, the yuva, because there are so many of them around here looking for a path forward. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few benches, a whiteboard that doesn't always erase properly, and a lot of energy. Kids come in and out all afternoon asking about jobs or just looking for a place to sit and talk. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a big jug of cold water ready for anyone who stops by. We aren't some big-shot NGO with fancy cars. We take the bus or ride scooters like everyone else. The neighborhood is full of regular families, and we feel like we fit right in. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just use our phone lights to finish the work. It’s not perfect, but it’s what we have. We just try to be a place where young people feel like they can show up without any pressure.
