Ramson Machine Tools

Our business, Ramson Machine Tools, sits on Plot No 711/1 A along Military Road in the Anand Parbat area. This part of Karol Bagh is known for being a bit rough and ready, with lots of small industries and workshops crammed together. We deal with machine tools, so our space is filled with heavy iron and steel equipment. It’s a loud neighborhood with the constant sound of metal being worked. Our unit isn't much to look at from the outside, just a big shutter and some heavy machines inside. We spend most of our time maintaining the equipment or showing it to people who come in looking for something specific for their own shops. The air always smells a bit like machine oil and old metal. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the books, but mostly we are on our feet on the shop floor. Navigating the narrow lanes around here with a truck is a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't bother with fancy brochures or a polished sales pitch. We just show people what the machines can do and let them decide. It is a tough way to make a living, but it is what we know. We just keep the gears turning and try to stay busy every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
