Vortex Impex Pvt. Ltd. is located in Durga Tower, units 15 and 16 on the upper ground floor. We are in the Rdc area of Raj Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known building in this part of town. Being on the upper ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve been in this office for a while. It’s a decent-sized space, but it gets cramped with all the samples and documents we have lying around. Raj Nagar is a good area to work in. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, which is nice for lunch breaks. Our day consists of a lot of checking and re-checking orders. It’s a lot of responsibility to make sure things get sent to the right places. We aren't a huge firm. It’s just a handful of us sitting in this office. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down, so we have to use the stairs, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first moved in. New buildings have gone up all around us. But we’re still here in Durga Tower, just doing what we’ve always done. We have a lot of binders stacked up on the shelves, full of years of work. Sometimes we look back and realize how much time has passed.
