Quelima Bake Production Private Limited

This is our spot on the ground floor over in Indirapuram. We are at number 20 in Gyankhand 3. It’s a busy area and we fit right in. The space isn’t huge but it fits the ovens and the packing tables. We spend a lot of time cleaning up flour spills. It’s just what happens when you bake all day. The door sticks a little when it rains. We’ve been meaning to fix it but there is always something else to do. Most of the time, we are just focused on the schedule. The morning shift starts early, before the sun is even up. It’s quiet then, just the sound of the machines. Later on, it gets louder with people coming and going. We don’t have any fancy signs out front. Just the name on the glass. We get our supplies delivered once a week. The delivery guy usually has a hard time parking on this street. It’s always crowded. Inside, it smells like yeast and sugar most of the time. We keep the cooling racks near the window. Sometimes kids stop to look in while we’re working. It’s a basic production setup. We don’t have a seating area or anything like that. It’s strictly for making things and getting them out. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done one by one. The air gets thick and humid when the big ovens are running.
