Shudh Vaishno Amritsari Naan

Our shop is right in Receipt Plaza over in Vaishali Sector 4. Most people find us because they are either going to Sarvodaya Hospital or just living in the flats nearby. We focus mostly on our naan because that is what we are known for in this part of Ghaziabad. We have a small clay oven in the back that stays hot all day long. It's a lot of heat to deal with, especially in the summer, but that's how you get the bread right. The space we have is pretty small, so it’s more of a place where you grab your food and maybe stand for a bit, though we have a couple of tables if someone really needs to sit. We don't put a lot of effort into the decor or anything like that. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the kitchen is where we spend all our time. We buy our flour and vegetables from the same vendors every morning to keep things consistent. It’s just me and my nephew working here most days. He handles the orders and I stay by the oven. If the hospital gets busy, we see more people coming in for a quick bite. We just try to get the food out fast so nobody has to wait too long in the heat. It is just a small local shop.
