We operate out of Flat No 2001 in the Golf Links apartments. It’s right near that big Columbia Asia hospital on NH 24 in Ghaziabad. Being on the 20th floor gives us a bit of a view of the highway, which is always packed with trucks and cars. At Powertech Exports, we mostly focus on getting products ready for the international market. It’s a lot of coordination since we are working from a residential-style setup. The NH 24 traffic is something we talk about every single day because it affects when we can get out to meet people or pick up samples. The office is really just a couple of rooms filled with samples and laptop chargers. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door if someone rings the bell. Most of our work happens on the computer or over WhatsApp anyway.
