R. V. Exports

We are located in the lower ground floor at No. 49 Raj Hans Plaza in Ahinsa Khand-1, Indirapuram. Being in a plaza like this means there's always a bit of noise from the shops above us. R. V. Exports is a small outfit, mostly just a few rooms where we manage our accounts and coordinate our shipments. It's not a huge warehouse, so we have to be very careful about how we use the space. We often have samples spread out over the tables while we are comparing different items. It’s a lot of coordination work. We talk to people all over the place to make sure the exports go where they are supposed to. Sometimes the elevators in the building act up, so we end up carrying smaller packages up the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in Indirapuram, we just want to do our job well and keep things running. The staff here is pretty relaxed. We share snacks and complain about the traffic on the way in. It’s a very human environment. We don't have any scripted answers for when people call. We just talk to them like normal people. It works for us. Most days are spent looking at spreadsheets or packing small parcels for courier pickup. It's steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just do our best to stay organized in a small space.
