Global Exports

Global Exports is based out of H-5 in the Raj Residency in Kaushambi. Being inside a residential building like Raj Residency gives our work a bit of a different feel than a factory. It’s a lot quieter and we know the people who live in the other units. We use our space mainly for the administrative side of exporting goods. There is always a lot of emailing and phone calls to deal with. Kaushambi is a convenient area for us because it’s got good transport links to the rest of the region. We don't have a big neon sign out front. Most of our business comes through people we have known for years. The office is pretty lived-in and simple. We have a small kitchen corner where we make a lot of tea throughout the day. The windows look out over the street, which is a nice distraction when you’ve been looking at a screen too long. We aren't some massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a few people trying to earn a living by sending products abroad. Sometimes the lift in the building stops working, and we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just want to do the work right and get home to our families in the evening. It’s a simple setup that works well for what we do.
