We’re located over at Shivalik Tower in Kaushambi. Our spot is Chamber Number 6. It’s not a huge place, just a simple office where we handle our food and beverage business. Most days, it’s just a few of us trying to keep up with the paperwork and the phone calls. The tower itself gets pretty busy in the mornings. You can hear the elevators running all day long. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building. It’s a good community. Our work isn't anything flashy. We deal with suppliers and make sure the deliveries are on time. Sometimes the traffic in Kaushambi is a real problem. It can delay things for hours. We just take it as it comes. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. It's just a local business. My desk is usually a mess of invoices and empty tea cups. We try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, that goes out the window. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to do a decent job and head home to our families. Some of the products we handle are quite heavy, so there's a fair bit of lifting involved. My back usually aches by Friday. It’s just how it is.
