Our office is in Nitikhand-1, Indirapuram. The address is Nk- I/1060. If you know Ghaziabad, you know it gets crowded and noisy. Petras Import And Supply (Opc) Private is just me and a couple of others helping out. We handle imports and getting supplies out to people who need them. It’s a lot of tracking numbers and waiting for trucks to show up. Sometimes the shipments are late and we have to explain it to folks, which isn't always a fun conversation. The office is basically a room with a couple of computers and some storage space in the back. It’s nothing like those big companies you see in the city center. We’re just trying to run a decent operation here in Uttar Pradesh. My cousin helped me set up the internet last year because it kept dropping out at the worst times. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake when the late-night calls come in from different time zones. It's not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy coffee machine. It's just plain black tea or instant coffee in a chipped mug. We try to be fair and just get the supplies where they need to go. Ghaziabad-201014 is home for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while and don’t plan on moving. It's cramped with all the files, but we know where everything is kept.
