You can find S. S. G. Import at No. 417 on the first floor in Shakti Khand - 3, Indirapuram. It is a bit of a residential area that has turned into a business hub over the years. Our office is on the first floor, which is nice because we can look out at the street and see what is happening. Indirapuram is always busy, and there is a lot of building work going on nearby most of the time. Inside, we have a pretty simple setup. It is mostly just desks, phones, and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. We handle imports, so we spend a lot of time dealing with customs agents and transport companies. It can be a bit stressful when things get held up for no clear reason, but we have learned to be patient. We are a small group, and we usually take turns making tea for everyone in the afternoon. We don't have any fancy titles; we just all chip in where we are needed. Sometimes a shipment arrives and we have to stay late to sort through everything and make sure it is all there. It is not a very exciting life, but it is a good one. We focus on the daily tasks and try to keep our clients satisfied with what we bring in for them.
