Sai Impex

We’ve been working out of D-67 in Patel Nagar for quite some time. It’s a residential-feeling area that’s slowly turned more into a business hub. Sai Impex takes up a good chunk of the ground floor here. The space is filled with the smell of cardboard and whatever materials we happen to be handling that week. We don't have a big team, just a handful of us who know the routine inside and out. The floors are a bit uneven, so you have to watch your step when you're carrying a heavy load. We spend our mornings responding to messages and the afternoons in the back area getting things ready for transport. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes sit for lunch, though usually we just eat at our desks while we work. Patel Nagar is a good location, even if the streets get flooded a bit during the monsoon. We’ve learned to keep everything off the floor just in case. It’s not a high-tech setup by any means. We use old pens until they run dry and keep our records in thick binders. People know where to find us if they need anything. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done without making a big fuss about it. We aren't looking to expand into something huge; we just like keeping things manageable and doing our job properly.
