Parevartan School

Parevartan School is located right on the Main Road in Raj Nagar Extension near NH 58. It is an area that is growing very fast with new buildings going up all the time. When we first started out here there was a lot more empty space and dust. Now the road is much busier. The school sits there as a landmark for people driving toward the highway. We have a big gate that opens up early in the morning for the yellow buses that bring the children in. The playground is a decent size and you can see the traffic moving in the distance while the kids are playing football or just running around. Inside the teachers are busy from morning until late afternoon. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about how to talk or act we just do our jobs and talk to the parents like neighbors. The walls have some drawings on them from projects done years ago and we haven't had the heart to paint over them yet. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of life in this part of town. We spend our days grading papers and making sure the water coolers are full. It is a practical place where real work happens every single day without any grand gestures or fancy speeches from anyone.
